Spring has arrived! It is time to schedule your irrigation system’s annual recharge. Warner’s Landscape is pleased to offer this service again for the 2026 season at the following rate:

• Energizing Fee: $85.00 (Covers the first hour of service)
• Extended Labor: $75.00 per additional hour (For complex systems or those requiring additional repairs)

Service Overview: This service includes the activation of your irrigation system for the season and a visual inspection to ensure it is fully operational at the time of turn-on. It is extremely important that the irrigation system is frequently monitored by the homeowner after energizing to ensure continued proper operation. Please include the property address we’ll be servicing as the “Shipping Address”. If you need an appointment, or have any special requests, make a note of it in the Description section. Otherwise, we will service your property when we are in the neighborhood and notify you when the service is completed.

Backflow Covers
We will likely experience another deep freeze after your system has been energized (the last frost day in northern Arizona falls around June 15!)

We highly recommend keeping your backflow covered to protect it from breakage. Our backflow covers have a vinyl exterior with insulation inside and come in a variety of sizes.
